Mark Runacres

represents AGCC on the ground in India. Mark is a long term resident of Delhi, having been Deputy British High Commissioner from

2002-06, which followed a previous diplomatic stint in Delhi from 1983-86. Since then he has been active in civil society and the private sector, with a particular focus on climate change and renewable energy development.

Programme Officer & Research Assistant

Estelle Rouhaud

trained in European policies both in France and Italy, worked briefly at the French Embassy in Rome, she is also a volunteer at the European Movement UK.

A wealth of financial experience in the Third Sector and in charity administration. Director of Flintshire Citizen's Advice Bureau and local environmental activist.
