AGCC organised together with the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, Heinrich Boell Foundation, and GTZ India, a High-Level EU India seminar in Delhi. Supported by the Nand and Jeet Khemka Foundation, The Energy and Resources Institutes and the European Environment Agency, this seminar marked the second step of a whole process of High Level India-EU dialogue, started in Potsdam in May 2008.
